Brief
To remind people that there are women in our lives that our society can’t live without even though it is easy to slip our mind to appreciate the women in their respective roles.
Idea
To identify 10 women in various challenging yet crucial roles and portray their contribution and celebrate the international women’s day.
Result
Contacted 10 women such as city gardener, post officer, emergency department doctor, social worker, taxi driver, security guard, garbage collector, cook, community leader & nurse and did photoshooting while they were at their day to day work. The photos were published on Peach Instagram and printed as posters which were distributed around Yangon City before International Women’s Day. The posters were posted around schools such as National Management University, Strategy First Institute, Yangon University, buses, restaurants and associations like Goethe Institute & YWCA.
